Kurt E. Bolin Principal

Kurt E. Bolin is a Principal of Stone Point. He joined Stone Point in 1997 from GE Capital, where he held various private equity positions from 1986 to 1997, most recently as Managing Director of the Equity Capital Group. In addition to private equity investing, Mr. Bolin’s activities at GE Capital included leading the acquisitions of various insurance companies. Mr. Bolin is a director of StoneRiver Holdings, Inc., Symbion, Inc. and Wilton Re Holdings Limited. He holds a B.S. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
